A tribute to David Cassidy and Susan Dey

When I read David Cassidy's book he said that him and susan were very close friends and he also suggested that Susan may of had stronger feeling for him. I found this out when I had just bought the song 'Gotta Go my own way' and thought it kind of reflected what I thought perhaps susan was thinking that she did love him but maybe she didn't think it would work or David because of his fame would of made it hard for them both...I dont know watch it and see what you think but I just got that impression, the video is my own opinion. -Enjoy.

But I think you're right: you can see that Susan just loved working with David: it's easy to see she loved him just from these videos alone; even if his feelings were not quite the same. Who knows how their histories may have been different had they 'found each other'.

I wish they would bring back TV the way it used to be.Shows like Partridge Family All In The Family MASH. TV stinks in this day and age too much political correctness a lot show have homosexuality in them I sit back and awe and ponder America,America The Beautiful Where Has She Gone?I knew someday this would happen the decay of morality- Is their any hope? I,don't know if others feel the way I do.There WAY 2 many COMMERCIALS, Actors want a cool mill for 1 show.A 1/2 hr show is only 16 mins long.

DC was my icon as a teenager. Susan Dey is drop dead gorgeous and obviously had a crush on David. What ever happened is between them and a long time ago now. Pics are beautiful and a fine tribute to times gone by. Good wishes to them both with love x - takes me back to my teens! thanks for the memories - good job

David Cassidy compared to modern teen idols like Zac Efron...... uhhhh..... ewwwww. Cassidy could easily win an award for ugliest creep ever seen on film. I didn't know who the creep was until I saw him on The Apprentice and I wondered how such an ugly, bitter old geezer could ever be a celebrity so I had to check him out. Result: ewwww so ugly!!

For whatever reason, David has decided to downplay this little fling or whatever it was as onesided and "brotherly" or platonic on his end. B-A-L-O-N-E-Y!!!!!!! Brothers do not nuzzle their sisters, gaze into their eyes, and even kiss them on the lips like David did to Susan in one clip. I have watched all the videos and seen the photos...in some of them they are in their own little world, not aware of anything else. Pictures don't lie! Oh well...his loss. She was a true All American beauty!

@landrykkb I agree with you that it must have been like dating his sister. I realize that there are comments here saying that they slept together and there are comments that say they didn't. I've done searches online, and I've heard David say in an interview that they did. Also, in the Come On Get Happy Movie or movies that came out a few years ago (one was from Cassidy and the other from Bonaduce) in both movies they claim they did. Susan doesn't take part in reunions, and that's why.
