Nas/Bob Marley: Relatives Abroad (the mash-up)

So it looks like 2010 might be the year for the mashup. With the collaborative project from Nas and Damian Marley, called "Distant Relatives", set to come out through Universal Republic in either May or June, features cameos from Lil Wayne, Joss Stone, KNAAN and Jamaican music legend Dennis Brown, as well as a bonus track with Junior Reid. All 14-songs, which were dedicated to the hoods in America and Africa, were produced by Marley, who seamlessly merges the worlds of hip-hop and reggae. But until the album hits the streets, here's a Bob Marley/Nas mashup mixtape appropriately titled "Relatives Abroad" as well. "Relatives Abroad" was conceptualized by FreshNerd of 100 Akres Productions and combines samples from Bob Marleys Uprising album with various Nas acapellas surprisingly the two fit quite well together. If your a fan of either of these two legends, then definitely get this album.
