  • Mike Brown is the man.

  • not really when you take pride in your gym and help the people that give you a place to train.

  • Brown is a beast but he better be ready for BJJ Blackbelt Knockout Artist Jose Aldo..

  • 907mma:

I never said you have to be a fighter to train mma, nor did I say that anyone who doesn't train in mma is a loser.

I said that in a gym there are a lot of losers working out. I know this from my experience working out in gyms. Most people are mediocre as hell.

Their workouts are lame and half-assed and their lives aren't going anywhere. You see them doing the same exercises for years at a time and nothing ever gets better for them.

  • That has to be the most egotistical comment I've seen. You don't have to be a fighter to train mma. What makes them losers. At least they are in the gym instead of making idiotic comments like that. Go to a gym and train and you will know where I'm coming from.

  • You check your ego at the door of a gym and you got stay humble and mike just prooves that by working the front desk

  • And ATT is as close-knit as any gym in the world

  • i understand where you are coming from, but i at the same time if he loves the gm and is freinds with the owner why not help out and make the place you train ern more money for better equipment
