Rower/Treadmill - 2 mins
Rest 1 min
Box Jumps - 2 mins
Rest 1 min
Pullups/Inverted Rows - 2 mins
Rest 1 min
Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swings - 2 mins
Rest 1 min
Burpees - 2 mins

FINISH! - Remember to count the number of reps completed!
