This is like folding a flag except that the handles provide a "tab" for you to tuck into the "pocket" so it will stay closed, neat! I used to just roll the bags up from the end after folding into a long strip but I like this method better! Thanks, from Pentadactyl Mammal.

@stivbators Yes, great trick. Folding the bags like this is like folding the flag, with that tuck-it-in feature at the end. I'm glad my sister taught it to me!
