That's exactly what I was thinking. I don't see why it would hurt any of the big players to reveal their browser stats, although of course even with a sample size of 100% there will still be errors because of the way different browsers work.

I dont really keep up with SEO blogs except I guess this one as I really am only interested in e-commerce and have learned enough SEO to get by.

I say this because rather than suggest that we ask outside of these vlogs, why not invite other relevant Google teams to make a guest vlog?

There should be an fully independent statistics bureau that collects and compiles statistics for browser types, browser versions, level of broadband access and the ubiquity of flash, quicktime, and shockwave.
It could provide breakdowns by country and demographic.
