Just continuing in the series. Showing how we would stretch before we did the Martial Arts, though its been awhile will show how I have progressed in the next couple of weeks as well.

  • Oh, why oh why can you speak but not listen, my disability is both psychological and physical, the psychological is Schizophrenia, and Bi Polar disorder, meaning with the Schizophrenia, I can believe I was healed and have a modern day miracle, the Bi-Polar means I can be up one minute doing my martial arts stretches, and down the next in pain, but as long as I can't work more than 4 hours straight I am still disabled.

  • See you just don't get it, I already sent them my address here, and my channel name, on Ifilm, Youtube, and Livevideo, see I don't lie a concept which you can't grasp, I told them how my disability honestly affects me, that is why you have to make up these ridiculous post of yours, you can't understand the idea of someone who is completely honest, but still disabled.

  • try to move your hipbone to the front while going more and more wide with your legs, until you reach the point where you've crossed the painborder, then move back up, make your hips loose by twisting, and do the first exercice again, this improves legflexibility really fast, in my opinion

    also, you should wear wider trousers, because tight ones tend to cut off your bloodstream, and semi-tight hold you back from your maximumstretch
