he got his brow area scraped so he can avoid having deep cuts plus it was bulging with damaged tissues thats why he got it scraped

The combination of him cutting weight and the surgery on his eyebrows and nose made him look like a totally different person at first...its healing now and he's starting to look normal again...if he thinks that'll give him a better egde to reinvent himself at 185 then more power to him.

The major part of the surgery was on his septum, or nose. Obviously his face had become mass swollen with scar tissue, but he's never had a bad problem with cuts. From what I heard, the surgery was mainly geared toward clearing his breathing passages.
