The Royalist position is clearly the superior moral position. The Great Rebellion of Parliament against its King was abhorrent in all its aspects. And what happened?

@ComedyRoundTheCorner Charles betrayed his own country. In his own arrogance, he declared war against his own people. Let's hear it for the Parliamentarians.

I went to the sealed knot at Wentworth castle. I had a great time. I went for the first time, they made me welcome and forced me to have a drink(bastards). Go on your own, say hello and they will look after you...I will be next year with my kids. Its not just about fighting though they seem to love the pikemen most.
Take a bottle of port for the port circle.

@CyberSoldierGerm every block does point but they all push most of the time as its more fun, cornish is also fun, in regards as to it doesnt hurt much, i would have to dissagree we fight hard and we get alot of bruises and the occasional bloody nose but your so pumped up you dont feel it

@MegaEBoy when there was a reanactment in my town no one wanted to die so when the pikemen were been shot at point black range they just remained standing :L. The parliamentarians still lost though... LONG LIVE KING CHARLES!
I'm looking into doing ECW but, I have issue with the style that you guys do push of pike. It seems a little impractical as a fighting tactic, I've seen the Marquess Of Winchester's Regiment engage in a decent push with leveled pikes and the ensuing scrum strikes me as far more realistic and somewhat safer.

@CyberSoldierGerm
It would be very boring if they only pointed the pikes at each other, so they brought in push, which is historically incorrect, but looks good for the croud, and not as painful as it looks.
