Welcome to TTCBroken, Toronto's unofficial "Ride Guide." Drop by to see what obstacles and hazards face Toronto commuters and public transport users.

Our first episode is a classic. All that was missing was that echoing "slap" across some poor commuter's face.

Pack them like rats and they will fight like rats. Grossly overcrowded and crushed together like rats on the TTC roller coaster, tempers flare between the Museum and Saint George station on Tuesday November 18, 2008 around 5:11pm.

This is how Mayor Miller and Adam Giambrone want you to ride home, once you scrap your nice quiet air-conditioned car to take "the better way." Who needs a crossword puzzle or ESL lessons to enrich a vocabulary when you have her, all for the price of token.

Will they provide the Maalox for the involuntary audience of 100 or so people who had to listen to it?

Is the person swearing and cursing passing these values on to her sons, who could well bring that dirty mouth to school?

Giambrone has a problem and sadly has no clue on how to resolve it.

Stay tuned for more scenes from TTCBroken. It could be a bus, it could be a streetcar, or it could be a subway train, or it could be anywhere in between.
