  • @jerseybing Thanks for being a giver, and not a taker. Your comment will help other people to stand up for what alot of people already believe, which is that we all need to help each-other. We get more done that way as a people.

  • ".take a % of my gross income...if it can help MILLIONS of Americans..I'm in. "

Me too. I've heard various estimates of how much a public option, or more specifically a single-payer/universal health care option would cost. Most of these estimates hover around a 20% tax. Well lo and behold, my health insurance premiums are currently right at 20% of my gross income. I would much rather pay 20% into a single-payer system and be free from the shenanigans foisted upon us by ins. companies.

  • The Public Option would be a monopoly-buster in states represented by the balking Dems & the reason why they're against it

Successful companies are those that do the best job of denying coverage to those who need it most

A single payer system would force the private insurers out of business - more jobs gone

Folks covered by Medicare won't be eligible to obtain coverage fm the ins exchange & therefore can't obtain this form of fed health ins

& Obama is cutting Medicare by half???

  • I'm a middle to lower class working for a small business with no health insurance... I'm ready to BUY INTO the PUBLIC OPTION!!

  • PCCC needs to keep pushing on the pressure.

Push man, push! We need this back!
