AVOID VISON CENTER AT WAL-MART !!!!!!! Thanks for posting this vid, i got horrible customer service Vision center in Wal-Mart, I ordered scratch resistant lenses but it still scratched in no time at all, a friend of mine had the same experience, they replaced it but still scratches easily my older pair from another outlet faired a lot better! To top it off I brought that same pair to get the hinge repaired & all they did was glue the hinge area & now I can't fold & store my eyewear this was at

They tried to screw me at a wal-mart vision center too tried to give me thick lenses probably wouldn't even be able to see I am not that old yet

I'm a licensed optician who used to worked for " Wally World" and they did me a favor when they fired me. I'm not bitter at Wal-Mart at all. Now that I have my own shop,my mission is to educate the customer on to what they are paying for(no bullshit) . I will not use bells and whistles to lure customers, just common curtesy and good service like it used to be back in the day. If you still choose to go to the mass merchants, we'er still friends

I am an Optician at walmart and I am sorry to hear this happened to u, tell u what come to Alaska and we will treat u the way I try to treat all our customers w/ reapect and concern for what's best for the patient and not a darn cleaning kit!!!

Have you considered buying glasses online? Check out the GlassyEyes blog on Blogspot to learn how. Once you figure out what frame measurements you'll need(the blog along with the online glasses stores explain how to do that), you'll save money and get good glasses. In fact, you might even do better online without using your insurance than you would offline with insurance. Give it a try!

Wow dude. Yea i work at a Wal-Mart vision center and well..... wow. That really sucks what happened man. Yea some people are like that... *cough cough* my manager..*looks around* i'm sorry you went to the person that wanted to try and con you O.o
