Hearing Charlie intro Chuck almost had me thinking I was watching a 70s ep of Wheel.

@80sCommercialVault or Wheel of Fortune (the 1975-81 NBC Daytime/Woolery version, of course).
-
what an exciting experience of a show
-
I don't know if that ball was just hanging there by a thread. But thank God the wheel stopped when it did!!!

R.I.P. Charlie O'Donnell

This was the second episode of "The Big Spin" ever aired.

@oaklandfan2k9 How about Sacramento? I know at least KMAX carried it in the 90s (under the KPWB call letters) and KTXL carried it until 2009...
-
For those who were asking about the LA affiliates, it aired on KABC/7 from the premiere until Jan 86, then KTTV/11 until 91, KTLA/5 91-95, KNBC/4 95-97, and KCAL/9 97-2009.
-
@oaklandfan2k9 I'm only interested in L.A. affiliates, as that's where I live.

@vnisanian2001 for San Francisco - KGO Carried it from 1985-1986, before moving to KTVU (1986-1987), KOFY (1987-1994), KRON (1994-1999), and then back to KBWB (was KOFY) (1999-2001), KPIX (2001-2004), and back to KRON (2004-2009).
Chuck Woolery's too good for this show. All he does is stand and wait for a wheel to stop spinning.

It's still more exciting than "Love Connection".

If you're wondering when this episode aired, it was November 4, 1985. A week before, Linda Scott won the first grand prize of $2 million. As for the four millionaires in this show, I don't know if it's been duplicated since.
