all i need 2 know is when is this browser and tv tuner comin out and if i can download it 2 my r4? thanks

it came out in 2007 as far as i'm aware, only in japan tho. you cannot emulate this on r4 or any other flashcart, because you need the aerial/expansion pack which plugs into the GBA slot on the dslite. most unfortunate :(

its probably be able outside japan in about 20 years when the rest of the world is on the same tecnical lvl as japan.

@Kidkesh97 The tv tuner is probably 1seg powered and won't work outside of Japan. The browser is already out.
