I find it really stupid for Richard Seaver to compare Sade to O.J. Simpson, a football player, just because he rides by coach when released. Plus, Sade was never incarcerated as a murder suspect. Sade was always well-hated by almost EVERYONE and O.J.'s release, although most people with common sense were outraged, a great deal of them were cheering, he had a lot more support than Sade ever had.

Yippy, there and here is a truck load of good stuff in this doc. I would like to say that Sade was one of the best writter of his and uor time. If you haven't read any of his work, you should go out find one of his books, sit down, get a ride for a really good story teller

he went too far. there were many complaints filed against the creep. it boggles the mind he got away with it since elements of the Inquisition were still operating. the Inquistion suffered its first blow in 1804 under the boots of Napoleons armies. then the final removal of it was in 1966!! im not joking. in 1966 the Vatican law on "Heretical" books was repealed. the Inquisition was officially erased.
