actually , instead of copying every setting from the pan and zoom effect , you could've just right click on the 1st video from the overlay track , copy the effects and paste them on the 2nd video from the overlay track

there's a much easier way, just lock the video you want to be the second PIP, and move the sound from that clip, remove the lock and drag the video (without the audio) to the title layer, and put the audio of that clip in sound effects layer.
