http://modelrr.oakviewresources.com/ Part 26: This is a multi-part blog where I do some track work and put scenery on the interchange section of my model railroad. In this part I start showing how to paint clouds on a backdrop using sponges and acrylic paint.

  • why did you spend so much time on a test piece when you had so much more to do?

  • That looks incredible! I appreciate the ideas.

  • what r u going to do next to your layout

  • Wow, your clouds look really great! I hope mine look that good whenever I start painting them. I'm thinking about painting some storm clouds as well, like you mentioned before.

  • I enjoyed this series! You did a very nice job painting the clouds and I picked up some good tips for painting my own, thanks!
