3-2瘦小腹運動三部曲之二:側腹運動
接下來這動做是比較難的,把右腳輕輕的抬起來,左手肘輕輕的貼到右腳,換邊做,把左腳輕輕的抬起來,右手肘輕輕的貼到左腳,這個動做是在訓練我們側腹部的肌肉運動,注意千­萬別把手肘往前,這樣運動是會受傷的,如果你覺得累了,你可以把雙手雙腳放鬆向上舉做伸展唷~
