@spidervenom1094 No Chief is not the last SPARTAN left, There are more SPARTANS in different Isolations all over the Galaxy. But I do agree that they should have worked on this "Play" The Marines look like RANGERS from Modern Warfare.
This play by what ever race they were, made Halo 3 look bad.
