Kevin's Pov*

I set Cassie down on the bed and she went to turn on the TV. I tapped her bum.

Kevin- "what do you think you doing young lady? Do you not understand your in trouble?!"

Cassie- "me did not'in wrond unkie kevy!" she yelled grabbing the TV remote from my hand. I sighed and grabbed my belt giving her 1 good smack to get her attension.

Kevin- "You stole and lied Cassie your in big troulble! And when children get into trouble in this house they get a sore bottom!" I said pulling my crying, tiny neice to my chest. "Because we love you" I kissed her head and she whimpered. "Now Cassie I know its scary but your going to get the belt and you have to be a big girl and take your punishment. ok?"

Cassie- "Otay unkie kevy" she sobbed play with the zipper on my hoodie.

I know she didn't understand because if she did ahe wouldn't look so calm.

Kevin- "ok cassie its time" I lifted her up and gently layed her on her tummy on the bed. I put two pillows under her waist and lifted her dress. I sighed and pulled her panties down.

Cassie- "cold unkie kevy!"

I smirked.

Kevin- "Not for long Cassie" I said holding her upper arm just incase she squirmed. I raised my belt high...

Smack Smack Smack Smack Smack

Cassie- "owie kevy!" she sobbed putting her free arm behind her to protect her poor bum.

Kevin- "move that hand little girl, now after these 15 to your bum you get 5 on your hands. I sighed she didn't move so I brought down the belt a-lot harder then the ones before it. She shriked and moved her arm sobbing she sat still the rest of the belting when I was done I flipped her over and stood her up.

Kevin- "hold out your hands Cass, and don't you dare move"

She listened and the first red stripe landed on her wrists. She shriked and by the time the next 4 strokes were over she was trembling and her hands and wrists were an angry red. I picked her up and held her close.

Kevin- "what did you learn Cassie?" I asked firmly.

Cassie- "Cassie no lie, no steal, No wove durding spankies no morts!" she cried and hid her face in my chest.

Kevin- "Goog Girl Cassie, your such a princess"

Then I heard the door open...

Nick- "Kevin your right...I was outside the door and I heard everything... Cassie needs a strong but sensitive discipline...all the children do and until I get my sugar right and control my anger I want to be excused in punishing our children." he said crying sitting next to me and Cassie. "from now on Cassie you better be good."

I smiled I was so proud of my brother...he finally has realized how harsh he has been and how unfair and he made the decision to take the punishments out of his control and into the hands of me and Joey. I gave Cassie a tight squeeze and kissed her head.

Cassie- "love you unkie Kevy and you too Daddy" she said leaning over giving Nick a kiss on the lips...
