  • Compelling examples of the problems with rules - and how people who use good judgment (example of a judge who tries to sentence a young man to help his family rather than follow the mandatory sentencing requirements). How do you change rules to allow for judgment - for teachers, for government, for judges? I really enjoyed this.

  • Practical Wisdom: "Doing the right thing in the right way at the right time for the right reason." The world could use a lot more of this!!
