i couldn't breath after standing there it was so intense. the paint cans had a 'flammable' warning on the side of them.

He's painting "30" on the street, which means maximum 30 people can stand on this street at the same time. Berlin is the home of all standers in the world, so they must handle such a lot of people standing around :-)
