It's funny how reactions vary in each of us while listening to Joy division. For ex. some people might dislike this song, some not. others might dance to this or relationate it with a experience or memory. In my case, the guitar makes me think of that old Playstation 2 game ´´Jimmy neutron and Jet fusion´´ , the soundtrack that plays in the desert area, LOL ! x)

I always thought of this song as a description of revolutionaries and their betrayals of one another (think of south america)... the traitor is never the person you expect.
