if you want to compare graphics in my opinion you cant compare the same game. thats just developers being lazy and cutting corners. compare their exclusives with the best graphics, like mass effect and gears of war for 360 or uncharted and mgs4 for ps3. in my opinion ps3 kicks 360s ass in that department.

This doesn't prove they're the same or either are better than each other. It depends on what technology the game developers incorporate in to their work. Most of the games made use much of the same technology. There's certainly some hardware differences between the systems, and that definitely can determine overall performance, but it still doesn't prove anything. You'd have to do a professional benchmark of each system to determine which is better.
