a .22 may not have the stopping power but it can do more damage to your body than you might not realize. If you get shot with a .22 and if it hits bone then it will literally flatten out and turn into a saw blade adn fo massive amounts of internal damage to your body. You may be able to plug the hole were the bullet entered your body but you will need surgery to stop all of the internal bleeding.

This is a nice relief from the air headed tweens doing their "what's in my purse" videos and showing nothing more than their new favorite scented lotion (some of which can dry your skin because of the perfume). I'm not a gun person, but I won't revoke another's right to carry one. I have some strange things in my purse too. Pliers (I make jewelry), first aide kit, three inch pocket knife (the maxium allowed on my campus), I think my screw driver is still in there and usually some kid of snack.
