When I got this bike it was barely used and not ridden in a while. I changed the oil and filter, new air filter, sparkplug, and drained the gas tank and put high octane fuel in it. I'm not an expert by any means but it sounds like the kick start might be stripped out?

Mine was hard to start too when it was new. Now it's pretty easy

@plow250 It's a 2005, it's not the new one. That's why. This model was bought as a prototype and I bought it from my buddy who got it new.
