  • Great video. I would have Krill Oil or Algae instead of the omega oils myself they far more affective and they have far better health benefits. They are generally more expensive however. Also I wouldn't add anything to the spinach or Kale. Raw Organic and on their own is best. The vinager can ruin your body's absorbion ability.
