We made some box improvements... rounded all the corners, sealed up the port with silicone, ran speakers wires through brass rod instead of out the port, and put duct tape around the subs to sealed them up. We gained 1dB with these changes! So we now have 150 dB with two SA-8s on one SAZ-3500D sealed on the dash @ 53 Hz !!!
how did you go about rounding the corners? 45s are good but rounded corners sound like they would be a lot better at air flow.
