@TheKallieproductions So easy to judge.....I believe that Billy Ray is a very caring and loving father. People put him down because they say he is trying to control Miley's success in order to obtain his own, then others say he is too easy with her and that she gets her way in everything and runs the show and still others - like you - say he doesn't care. He had to work, he wasn't there, he regrets it in hindsight - what parent hasn't made that mistake?
