You know...You don't need to fortify either, you can just overheal, works fine for me.

Sorcery potions? Nahh. Just sit in a room full of Ghosts with the Atronach birthsign, and items that equal up to 100% magic absorb. Infinite mana, and they can't damage you. Win, win, and TRIPLE owned.

@TheNinjaStealth No, you need to either be in the mage's guild and have access to the Arcane University or own Frostcrag Spire. You can own Frostcrag Spire through the Mage's Tower DLC

The achranach star sign is the best! all you have to do is use welkynd stones to refil ur magica all the way and you just keep doing the duplication glich on them..i have almost every skill to 200 permenently gliched..and 140% shields on my guy cuz of my armour :p

Good thought. But a better way is to make a restoration spell with area at about 70(for apprentices) and magnitude 3. Then go find a large group of people and cast at he ground. Be sure to put target On Target. Could work with on touch but u have to he close to someone

you can also do this by completing the mages guild quest line, you don't need frost crag spire, it's dlc, and does other stuff then just allow you to make spells.
