Unlock Your Creative Genius

This short video introduces the Unlock Your Creative Genius program by Caryn Colgan. One small part of this program is the Artistic Manifestations class that is designed to guide participants to create a personal work of art... touchstone art.

Touchstone art reminds viewers to focus the power of their mind on the goals, dreams and visions they want to make real. Painting, drawing or writing symbols, images and / or words that channel busy mind energy toward desires is a powerful creative process.

This video briefly introduces this process and includes an 8 minute mini-guided visualization. Very relaxing. Eyes are supposed to be closed during this part of the video. However, some may prefer to watch the slide shows called "Wings of Gaia" and "Floral Fusion".
