@dbaile2 BCC and FAMU have large bands because of recruitment. I was in FAMU's band and out of state students make up a very large percentage of the band. If that's the case, PVAMU and TxSU should have the largest bands. If you're good enough to earn a band scholarship then you have money towards tuition like most of the out of state students who were either recruited or auditioned for one.
