These are excellent dancers. Thanks for sharing! Irish dance has evolved over the years, and no longer is the dancer limited to a small space in someone's kitchen, so it seems natural to me that there would be more movement.

Not entirely true. My lead has some interesting rhythm bits, but is mostly moving around the stage. You want to get that part out of the way when you have the most energy. My other two steps are smaller and more technical, with more traditional moves. These boys are probably doing their leads because they're the most upbeat and exciting, which is what the POC is all about.
