  • @thenakedcajun I left about a week ago started hitchhikin to wisconsin, couldnt find any work there, did work for hambleton in HI for a bit but nothing steady, every one is going for cheap as opposed to local kind of sad. And it seems everyone works at stingaree nowadays and the restaurant just aint me

  • I still get teared up ever time I watch this video. It is awasome.

4 gens. of great weekends and more to come.

  • Temporary gone, theres no way us crazy texans wont rebuild our little paradise.i just bought 4 lots on bowers lane and going to buy alot more.hope to be building by feb. plan on moving there next summer.god bless all who lost but rember if we dont rebuild it was for nothing. lets rebuild and show the rest of the nation how we do it in texas!

  • We will all remember and we will all miss what we use to know there. I have many great memories on that beach. God Bless all who have love, lost and both to Ike.

  • 4 Months ago today and still impossible to comprehend. We spent the day on the beach a week ago, it doesn't even come close to resembling where I grew up. If you look hard you can still see the beauty but the devastation is just unreal. There are still over 40 missing people and the call center is taking calls on missing people from Katrina. The last few years have been hard on the gulf coast and they are recovering slowly. God Bless Everyone Affected by this Hurricane

  • I sure will miss those big ass fries from Kwik Chick

  • I spent my childhood at a house my family owned on Monkhouse Drive. I remember the 3rd sandbar, fireworks, my first beer, learning to drive, fishing with my old man, and Mrs. Swedes carrot cake.I just can't believe its all gone.
