Al Franken has a new ad out exposing how Republican Senator Norm Coleman, in fear of losing his seat to Franken in Minnesota, has put out an ad accusing Franken of being "angry." In fact, the ad shows a snippet of Franken telling a joke about Paul Wellstone, to Wellstone's son, but they only show the punch line, and make it seem like Franken was yelling at someone in rage. Amazing. Well here's Franken's new ad showing the deception:

And this video is the actual snippet of Norm Coleman's attack ad, showing exactly what he did, and how he pretty much lied to the people of Minnesota by portraying this as some fit of temper when it was actually the punch line of a very endearing story about Paul Wellstone and his son.

  • Wow, so you don't support going into Pakistan to catch Osama bin Laden if we know where Osama is and the Pakistanis refuse to grab him? That's kind of, well, sick.

Oh and thanks for letting me know that my videos are scaring the hell out of you because they truth is clearly hurting the Republicans. Mission accomplished.

  • shruggy63 this ad isn't about obama you need to stop lecturing you're losing it

  • Thank you for being a point of honesty on the web.

Watch the clip of the whole joke people.

  • VAGINA

  • Goodboydc stuff increasingly irrelevant? We know you support Obama but you need to know that he's not Superman. Do you have any doubts about him because I do. The policy, that Barack seems to support, of sending missiles, etc. into Pakistan is just common murder. There is no hope for the future if the next president mindlessly supports that? The big man should reach out with a warm handshake as his first instinct!
