This is so sad. Because of the mother's selfishness, the child suffers life long. I just wish people would think more about the consequences of what they are doing.

I think that Fetal Alcohol Syndrome is way under reported. Keep in mind that it is not the same for everyone. When I was born I was a big baby. About 10 pounds. But I had a learning disability and serous behavioral problems in school. My biological mother was a sever alcoholic. She gave birth to 4 boys. Only one is anything close to normal.
