You know what would be nice now Labour Youth? Now that Pat Rabbitte is the Minister for Energy, he could I dunno... Have some sense and STOP carrying on Fianna Fáil's policy with Corrib Gas? At least Eamon Ryan for all his faults, recognised there was a problem. Rabbitte seems completely oblivious that there's any problem at all. So why don't you hold him to account on this when your Election Manifesto said Labour would review the oil & gas regime?

The Garda college in templemore process their recuits through several different tests iq and personality tests to see if they can be easlly manipulated (the recruits are never made aware of the reasoning for these tests)and as a result very few independently minded people get through the system. They need people that follow order witout question, people who ask questions are not garda material. These garda are breaking the law that their supposed to be upholdlng with assaults and trespass.

when the guards get reports of people standing or lying in the middle of the road that have to go out and 'police' the situation. also, when such a large crowd gathers in one area there is a threat of a riot or violent disorder and they have to do the same. they arent doing it because they have any strong opinion on the matter.
