  • I loved this performance! The baton is simply an instrument its not even that important.

  • I agree the performance is a bit laboured at the start etc, but it's the only one I can find on the web that is really clear in the parts and well miked. Pity the person with camera doesn't know the score to highlight fugal entries. All the same very useful, thank you.

  • @kombelpeter + @Pianodarling1947, Why should it annoy you. Its all about the preference of the conductor and how comfortable they feel while on the podium!

  • Geez, you could travel to Nagasaki at this tempo! Part of the fun is hearing this at a little more than this glacial tempo.

  • Why does the conducter use a baton? It's rather pointless in my opinion.
