@Deenasty Finally, another person that actually takes the time to check for themselves instead of just blindly accepting what they are told. As I said myself a few comments down, even Anonymous are not certain that it was him. Check out the twitter message -

The video CLEARLY shows, that Deputy Bergstresser is not the one who threw whatever was thrown. Its unfortunate that people keep saying it was him, when its clear it wasn't, and various newspapers have reported it already.

Also, in this video, Bergstresser's uniform says "E.S.U" with "Bergstresser" underneath. At 0:33 in the video, the person hitting the barricade with a baton uniform says SHERIFF on top. Sorry, WRONG GUY!
