At the Spring 2009 Albany Comic Con, many independent artists and writers from upstate New York were in attendance drawing, signing and selling comics. We picked up one from each and decided to give them a look and we were amazed at their high quality!

Seriously, what do these indies hope to accomplish with their comics ? I mean, first you have to track them down, then you have to find the time to read them, then what ? Not to be rude but who is going to track down issue #2 of any of these titles ? Perhaps they're showcasing their talents for a major publisher ? That would be the only plausable reason I can see to publish an indie. These are just some observations and I am by no means indie-bashing. Great job as usual Chad.
