You're wrong about that..
The Olmec were an ancient Pre-Columbian people living in the tropical lowlands of south-central Mexico, roughly in what are the modern-day states of Veracruz and Tabasco on the Isthmus of Tehuantepec. Their cultural influence, however, extends far beyond this region. The Olmec flourished during the Formative (or Preclassic) period, dating from 1200 BCE to about 400 BCE, and are believed to have been the progenitor civilization of later Mesoamerican civilizations.

no, they have said that the clues are fictional, but they are undoubtedly clues out there like them. There is so much history that is yet to be found and these movies have gotten kids to realize that. unforunatly, a missing page from booth's diary has not been found, and no one has found an ancient wooden plank inside the resolute desks, but maybe no one has looked hard enough!

For those who have seen the movie, I would like to mention one major flaw when Gate's mother was delighted to found the ancient Olmac language that will unlock the pre-Columbia history.
The Olmac language that his mother was talking about was actually ancient chinese writing (search: seal script). Unless the movie believes the S. Americans were ancient Chinese descendants, they should have been done more research.

ganda xa..
comparing the storyline between national treasure 1 and da vinci code movie, this one is better bcos the story flows smoothly..da vinci code has so much to tell in 2 hours movie that the story looks kind of in a hurry and lack of climax surprise
