Classic Cairngorm rock climbing on Amethyst Pillar, Grey Man's crag in Coire Sputan Dearg, Ben MacDui in the Cairngorms.
If you are prepared for a three hour walk in you will be rewarded with an empty coire and some classic climbing on rough granite on the sunny south facing crags.
On the morning we filmed it was minus 2.5 Celsius in the valleys yet roasting at 4,000 ft on the crag due to the high pressure temperature inversion - we climbed in thin tops and had the place to ourselves!!!
The video was filmed in the Cairngorm National Park in Scotland on the 11th October 2010.
