It's got a host of benefits but it boils down to what gives you meaning; if religion means nothing to do then it won't do you any good. However, find what does and find a way to help others (which is what most religions pay lip service to at the very list) and it'll benefit you too.

Thank you for potsn this! i love these behind the scenes extras...they add dimension to the artist....without as much interruption of their lives as other media materials do. Their are looking better and sound fantastic - 20+ years later. God bless.
