And for people shootin into head.. That is so careless hunting. You know, moose has bout 7x7cm size area in head where you suppose to hit, and if you miss or hit for exampe bottom jaw.. Well you can think about it yourself. The only acceptable area is broadside along with lungs and heart and big veins. There is about 50x50cm area with killing effect. Why would you want to shoot in the head in the first place.. Dunno.

@OriginalBladers learn where to hit what your shooting at you dont need a 300 win mag iv killed moose with everything from a 243 all the way to my old 700 nitro elephant rifle the 243 killed them just as dead in the right spot

The first shot would have been enough! But I understand when people shoot more than once...they panic and do not want the moose to get away...normal reaction I guess. I like thattrailer lol.
