This is a straight forward install, site sand and finish of a 2 1/4" x 3/4" common White Oak hardwood floor right on the coast of North Carolina. What a great view!

  • nice!

  • @sucurac1 Thanks very much and we appreciate you watching!!!

  • no no thank you. I love to watch videos like this becouse it helps me decorating my apartment wich I'm doing myself. I was wondering how much do US installors charge for the whole hardwood floor job (no material). In my country Croatia they charge about 1.5$ per square foot.

  • @sucurac1 Prices here range anywhere from $1.50 - $4.00 per sqft job site and conditions depending. I hope the videos have helped in some way and it is good to know that we are supported in Croatia! Drop us a line anytime!

  • so the prices are similar. I have put a spruce(ship floor like, impregnation, polyurethane, gel, and one more polyurethane) in my living room, and epoxy in my halls, kitchen and dining room! it' not over yet but I could send you a video when I'm done.

    greetings from Croatia

  • @sucurac1 Yes!! Please send me a video! I would love to take a look at what you have done!

  • Great job. I am sure a lot of you "PROFESIONALS" do not even know how he square the room off and started.

Comments like too slow, the applicator is not good and I am better than you,I can hear every day. The bottom line for you guys wach the video a few extra times and lern the" OLD SCHOOL. "

And for the guy who comment on the roller, you should know that every manufactury will have or recommend a type of applicator. NWFA is a source for beginners like you

  • Looks great! Nice job!

  • Great job and a goodlooking finished product Bro! Keep up the good work.

It`s odd for me to see the Big Machine being run from right to left, I guess because I was taught years ago to run mine from left to right, but to each his own. :) Different strokes for different folks.

Much love to the floor man!

  • sure, when I finish everything wich probably won't be for another 2 months, but I could send you some photos at your email adress as soon as you reveal it.

    What's your opinion on layers that I put on spruce(1.impregnation 2.polyurethane 3.gel 4.polyurethane).

  • @BestFloors Thanks for the great comment! I love when the REAL PROS weigh in!
