Anyone who doesn't think her dancing is good is likely not a salsa dancer themselves, otherwise you wouldn't have any doubts about her dancing! She's one of the best salsa dancers on the planet.

@danielacuevas1000 hey I just saw the video you like - that's ballroom latin cha cha. It's very different to "street" cha cha that's similar to NY style salsa on2 so you can't really use that to compare - personally I find ballroom too "stiff" and much prefer salsa but honestly Griselle is not famous just for her look - she's a seriously well trained and highly regarded salsa dancer.
