Not everyone gets detox symptoms when fasting or going on a raw food diet, but many wonder if they are doing something wrong or if they aren't detoxing!!! http://www.rawradianthealth.com

i went from intermittent fasting for a few days (but what i ate was high calorie, processed cooked foods) straight into a dry fast. this is my second day of dry fasting and i am completely fine, no detox symptoms WHATSOEVER, the only thing is that i had some trouble falling asleep last night and am only mildly thirsty. i know you said that i should be happy i don't have symptoms but...to go from cooked foods straight to dry fasting without symptoms...i just am not sure.
I can find only a few raw foods that are organic where I live. Cucumbers (sometimes), apples, lemons, peaches, plums, carrots, kiwi, zucchini... Everything else is conventionally grown. I am living in southern Italy, and 'the word" is that pesticides are not as common in this rural area as they are in North America. What is your opinion of eating a (mostly) conventionally grown raw diet?
I have the kit coming in the mail but I am going to wait for the next challenge. I am very, very excited about this. My daughter is always on me about eating more healthy so I think this will help reset things in the old body lol. You are an inspiration thank you sweetie.:)
