YAY!! Congrats on starting Couch to 5K! I am doing it and I love, love, love it... I am on Week 7, so almost in the home straretch and trust me if I can do it then anyone can, seriously!! I have such bad knees and there have been a few workouts where they hurt SO bad for the first couple running intervals, but seriously you just push thru and then they somehow felt better at the end. LOL Keep it up though, it's so rewarding!! Good job!

I give you props!! I don't think I could a 5k. I can do the elliptical or the bike for cardio. But when I go just regular running, my body doesn't agree either. I have asthma too. And when I run, its just so annoying with my boobs, lol.

@LeReveAble OMG,I have to wear TWO sports bras(really restrictive ones) to keep those bad boys outta my way and from major injuries, lol. I'm hoping this methodical approach to running will ease all my problems that prevented me from running in the past.
