Looks nice. Was there in Nov. It was just starting to look finished. I just think they need to have more reason fo foot traffic on that side of the strip. Some cheap shops, street entertainment. It would go a long way. Not everyone can afford Gucci bags.

It is true that this part of the Strip is focused to high end market. However, it allows going through nice walking path and easily getting to New New , Escalibur... and getting to cheaper shops!
Note: Ironically, I had a very good coffee much cheaper at the Aria shopping center than at a stand on the south end of the Strip!
