I have one just like it in real nice shape. This one is too far gone. I am restoring a 72 Impala convertible so I know how much is involved. I never want to go through that again. The car I entered in the contest will never be a true classic because there were so many of them made. The convertible is a classic, it's the last year for the Impala convertible and there were only 6500 made.

maybe it's been through so many tires cause you use it to run over shit, and do burnouts. It still runs, which is definitely a good thing. Depending upon whether you want a hybrid (forgot which car they actually said) or whether you just wanna be on tv, i would suggest you blow it up yourself outside city limits if you want a light show. (Otherwise, just shut up and drive 'er till she dies, cause there's a lot of worse cars out there)
